Zoo Miami (also known as The Miami-Dade Zoological Park and Gardens) is the largest zoo in Florida and the fifth-largest in the United States.


Originally established in 1948 at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne, it houses over 3,000 animals on almost 750 acres (304 ha), 324 acres (131 ha) of which are developed.

$4 off regular adult or child admission for up to six people.

Miami-Dade County employees should purchase their discounted tickets online through the employee portal

Military


50% off regular adult admission for active or former U.S. military personnel plus 25% off regular admission for up to six additional guests. 


Military photo identification is required at the time of purchase. 

These tickets must be purchased onsite at our ticketing building.

Veterans Day Savings


This November 11 - 14, 2021, all active and veteran U.S. military personnel with the appropriate military ID will receive free admission to Zoo Miami.


Plus, up to six (6) accompanying guests will receive 50% off general admission! Free or discounted tickets must be claimed onsite at Zoo Miami's Ticketing Building, not online. 



Reciprocal Attractions


Zoo Miami will provide 50% off general admission (limited to 2 adults and 2 children) to guests from reciprocating facilities.  A valid membership card from that facility and photo ID must be presented at the time of purchase.
